How does the monthly shop work?
Polish Pickup is a monthly pre-order event. The shop opens the first Friday of every month at 11 AM EST and closes the following Monday at 11:59 PM EST.
When will my order ship?
Since we operate on a pre-order model, shipping typically begins 3 to 4 weeks after the shop closes to allow makers time to handcraft your items.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Yes! If you place multiple orders during the same month's sale, we will automatically combine them and refund any excess shipping charges.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer flat-rate shipping to the United States and Canada. International customers can also use various forwarding services.
What is your return policy?
Due to the limited edition and pre-order nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Are the nail polishes 5-free?
The majority of our featured brands are 5-free or higher, meaning they do not contain formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, toluene, camphor, or formaldehyde resin.
