At Polish Pickup, we want you to love your curated beauty finds, but due to the limited-edition nature of our monthly shop, we can only accept returns on damaged or defective items. If your order arrives compromised, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

If you receive a broken or incorrect item, email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the damage or discrepancy.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions for a return or disposal.
Resolution
Once approved, we will ship a replacement if stock is available or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
